Named as Victoria's (Vancouver Island, BC) Best Bakery 2018, Crust Bakery has been serving exquisite baked goods and fine coffee in the heart of downtown Victoria, for the past five years.
Crust Bakery is owned and operated by the dynamic team, Crystal Moore (Front of House) and Chef Tom Moore (Kitchen). With a background in patisseries and fine dining restaurants in Australia, the Moores have a serious passion for serving excellent products made from scratch using fresh local, seasonal ingredients.
Other than the beautiful daily artisan breads such as focaccia with fresh rosemary and confit garlic, and ancient-style slow fermented basket sourdough, you'll find weekly specialty breads like spinach and quinoa bread or our signature olive, onion seed and rosemary sourdough.
Or try one of Crust Bakery’s delicious tartlets such as passionfruit curd and meringues, raspberry and chocolate mousse, our signature creme brûlée or chai pumpkin & gingerbread tartlet.
Sandwiches and soups are prepared fresh daily, as are the quiches, individual artisan pizzas, butter-puff individual potpies and our much-loved pork and fennel sausage rolls.
