Crust Bakery is located on the West Coast of Canada in the heart of beautiful, historic Victoria.

Crust Bakery opened it's doors in September 2013. Shortly thereafter, it was named Victoria's Best Bakery, and has established loyal following of locals and tourists alike. Crust has developed a reputation for excellence, serving exquisite baked goods and outstanding coffee.
Crust Bakery is owned and operated by Chef Tom Moore (Kitchen) and Crystal Moore (Front of House). With a history of owning and operating patisseries and fine dining restaurants in Australia together, Crystal and Tom have a serious passion for serving excellent products, which are made from scratch using fresh local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible.You will notice Tom's Australian background come through in his cooking, with cheeky appearances and influences from some traditional Aussie favourites such as Pavlovas and Lamingtons, and fruits like passion fruit and lychees and other delicious flavour combinations. With a background of fine dining, Tom has an eye for detail and pays particular attention to flavours.
Tom's philosophy is that his food should be stylish, yet unpretentious, and be simple but above all, must taste delicious.
As well as the beautiful daily artisan breads such as focaccia with fresh rosemary and confit garlic, and ancient-style slow fermented sourdough, you'll find weekly specialty breads.(click here to see more)

Sandwiches (and soups during the colder months) are prepared fresh daily, as are the quiches, and our much-loved pork and fennel sausage rolls made with our own butter-puff pastry.
Crust Bakery's speciality is indeed our croissants and pastries, made from scratch every day, using real butter and slow-fermented dough, which creates a crunchy, chewy delightful pastry!
Our most popular pastry would have to be our signature Raspberry, Lychee and Rosewater Pastry!
